A small cluster of bamboo beach bars at the southern end provides cold drinks and simple Filipino food, but the rest of the beach is gloriously undeveloped. Duli Beach

Further north along the same road from El Nido, Duli Beach is a long, wild strand with a consistent surf break that keeps it the exclusive domain of surfers and backpackers who have gone significantly out of their way to find it. A few rustic camp-style guesthouses cater to the dedicated surf community, but the main beach — particularly the stretches beyond the surf zone — sees very few people on most days. The landscape is strikingly beautiful: jungle-backed, with dramatic skies and powerful surf, it feels like a different country from the tourist infrastructure of El Nido town.

Sabang Beach

The village of Sabang, departure point for the famous Underground River UNESCO World Heritage tour, has a quiet beach that most visitors overlook entirely in their rush to board the river boats. Once the tour groups depart in the early afternoon, the beach returns to near-complete silence — just the sound of waves, jungle birds, and the occasional fishing boat.
