How do I book a hotel I found on goaway.pt?

When you click on “Check availability” or on a featured hotel, you will be redirected to one of our booking partners. There you can choose room type, enter your details and confirm the reservation securely, following the normal flow of the partner site.

Who is responsible for my reservation and payment?

All bookings, payments, invoices and changes are handled directly by the booking partner and the hotel or accommodation. GoAway does not charge you, does not manage your payment data and does not have access to your credit card details.

Can I change or cancel a booking made through goaway.pt?

Yes, but always through the platform where you completed the reservation or directly with the hotel. Please check the confirmation email and the cancellation/changes policy applied to your booking; those rules are defined by the partner and the property, not by GoAway.
