Leaving Porto, with stopovers in Madrid and Mexico City

That's it, I'm officially back on the road, heading for the Riviera Maya, in Mexico. I'm starting my adventure in Cancún and, over these 3 weeks, I'll also pass through Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cobá, Bacalar, Valladolid, Mérida and Holbox, before returning to Cancún to fly home.

The idea is to enjoy the heat and the beach, but also to discover the local natural wonders, such as the cenotes (natural freshwater pools that are sometimes open to the sky and sometimes hidden in underground caves) and the ancient pyramids and temples of the Maya civilisation.

I'm starting my adventure and I'll keep you posted on the freezing temperatures they're having over there.
